| 摘 要： | 开放存取运动作为一种新的学术交流和出版模式,已受到学术界广泛关注,大学图书馆应积极参加开放存取运动。分析了开放存取在大学图书馆实践中产生的重要作用,提出了大学图书馆在开发存取环境下需采取的对策。
