| 摘 要： | 网络信息言论主体的匿名性、载体的复杂性、内容的多样性与网络信息言论的互动性使网络信息言论自由对传统言论制约制度带来了巨大的冲击。根据限制网络信息言论自由的公共利益原则、最小限制原则、事后限制原则、明显且即刻的危险原则、特别权衡原则与法律规定明确、限制精确原则提出了网络信息言论自由的若干法律界限。

| Abstract: | The main body anonymity,the carrier complexity,the content multiplicity and the network interaction of the speech on the internet cause the huge impact on the traditional speech restriction system.According to the public interest principle,the lest limitation principle,the afterwards limits principle,the clear and present danger principle,the specially measures principle,and the clear legal rule and limit precise principle,this paper proposes the legal limits of the freedom of speech on the internet. |
