| 摘 要： | “构成要素”是事物自身固有的、赖以构成事物的必要因素，而图书馆的构成要素为馆藏献、图书馆员、图书馆技法、馆舍与设备。指出读、管理、经费、物资、信息、时间等都不是图书馆的构成要素，并进行了较详尽论证。
