图书馆员与读者沟通浅论

摘    要:读者是图书馆的服务对象,馆员与读者的有效沟通,可激发读者利用图书馆的热情,为图书馆的发展营造良好的环境。通过分析馆员与读者沟通的障碍,从增强沟通意识、提高沟通能力、掌握沟通技巧、构筑沟通渠道等方面探讨了图书馆员与读者有效沟通的实现。

Abstract:Reader is the service object of library.The effctive communication between librarians and readers can stimulate readers’ enthusiasm in utilizing library and build a favorable environment for the development of library.This paper analyses the obstacles of the communication between librarians and readers,discusses the realization of the effective communication between librarians and readers by enhancing communication consciousness,improving communication skills,mastering communication skills and constructing communication channels.
