| Abstract: | Based on the survey of the current situation of reference consultation of 11 municipal public libraries in Jiangxi province,this paper analyzes the factors which restrict the development of reference consultation service in Jiangxi municipal public libraries,and puts forward the countermeasures for public library to carry out the reference consultation work under the network environment. |
