| 摘 要： | 高等教育的改革和发展给高校图书馆的文献资源建设提出了新的要求，高校图书馆要运用藏书发展稳定状态理论，制订馆藏建设规划、开展馆际协作、把好文献采购关、做好藏书剔旧等工作，以实现高校图书文献资源建设的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The reform and development of higher education imposes new requirements on the literature resources construction of university library, university library should use the theory of stabihzed collection development to formulate collection development plan, unfold interlibrary cooperation,do well the acquisition and collection weeding work in order to realize the sustainable development of literature resources construction in university library. |
