| Abstract: | Qingfanqie library creates a precedent of the civilian-run library to carry out services for enterprise, university and other social institutions. It provides personalized, one-stop service for the institution relying on the rich cultural creativity, huge registered users group, innovative lending process and diverse cultural activities. Its practice is worth learning for public libraries. |
