| 摘 要： | 动态馆藏组织是一种基于利用读者信息来服务于读者的理念，其核心就是挖掘读者信息运用到馆藏组织中，其机制是以三线典藏为基础而形成的，发挥三线典藏制优势，形成动态的、流动的馆藏，提高馆藏资源利用率。动态馆藏组织应遵循科学原则、藏以致用原则、可操作原则和时效原则，通过读者调研、馆藏数据统计和分析并设立动态典藏调配岗等实践活动，探讨动态馆藏数据在实际工作中的运用问题。．
