| Abstract: | Knowledge innovation is produced in the process of the conversion from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge.The main task of the library is to participate in the process of conversion from explicit knowledge transforming into tacit knowledge and vice versa.The significance of knowledge management in the library lies in strengthening the vitality of knowledge innovation,raising the work efficiency,and realizing the social efficiency of the library. |
