| Abstract: | Electronic periodicals and paper-based periodicals have their respective advantages and disadvantages. The former ones are multiplying quickly, while the latter ones are developing steadily. Starting from the analyzing the characteristics of these two kinds of periodicals, this paper further discusses the problems of the construction of periodical resources in libraries under the network environment. |
