| Abstract: | This article puts forward the necessity of the realization of socialization of the libraries of colleges and universities, and expounds the administration managements, the professional work and the conditions for the realization of socialization of the libraries of colleges and universities respectively. The author points out that a new pattern that the libraries are run by the whole society, and in return, the libraries serve the whole society should be formed in the article. |
