| Abstract: | On the basis of an analysis of the current status of library management, the article introduces the system of the librarians' occupation qualifications, expatiates on establishment of the modern library which is suited to the changing information-orientated society, and points out the necessity of the reform of the personnel management system and practice to grade attestation system of occupation qualifications. |
