| 摘 要： | 文章综述了国内阅读推广人培育现状,总结分析军校阅读推广人的类型和专业素养要求,以军校阅读推广工作的实际需求为出发点和落脚点,提出要从专项培训、工作实践、自主学习、激励机制四个维度构建军校阅读推广人培育路径。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of reading promoters and the professional quality requirements of reading promoters in military academy.This paper proposes to construct the cultivation path of reading promoters in military academies from four dimensions:special training,work practice,autonomous learning and librarian incentive. |
