| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the problems in the personnel reform that the libraries of colleges and universities are faced with,this article advances the post delimitation,post appraisal,personnel mechanism and team optimization,etc..Some practical and effective measures are also proposed to innovatively open an route for the personnel reform in the libraries of colleges and universities. |
