| 摘 要： | 文章总结了图书馆古籍修复事业中知识创新和技术创新的成果，分析当前古籍修复从业人员的具体状况，指出古籍修复人才匮乏是我国古籍保护工作的瓶颈，并提出在科技创新环境下图书馆古籍修复人才培养的途径与方法。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a summary of the achievements of the science and technology innovation in the repair of ancient books,analyzes the concrete situations of the repair personnel,points out that the lack of repair personnel of ancient books is the bottle neck in the protection of ancient books,and presents some methods and channels to train the repair personnel under the environment of science and technology innovation. |
