| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了我国加入WTO后 ,高校图书馆外文期刊建设面临的新困境 ,提出福建省高校图书馆应采取的相应对策 :转变外刊馆藏策略 ;建设外刊联合目录数据库 ;组织集团采购 ,引进外刊全文数据库 ;大力发展文献传递服务。

| Abstract: | All libraries in Fujian Province are faced with a newserious situation in the collection of alien periodicals after China enters WTO.The author holds that the academic libraries in Fujian Province should make a change in the tactics of book collections,establish joint databases of alien periodicals,organize group-purchase,introduce full-text databases of alien periodicals,and develop the document transmission service. |
