| 摘 要： | 文章从价值、途径和目标三个方面探讨高校图书馆精细化管理问题。高校图书馆实行精细化管理的价值体现在图书馆过程管理和目标管理中;可以通过制度管理精细化、资源管理精细化和服务管理精细化等途径实现高校图书馆精细化管理;其本质和目标是实现图书馆的人性化服务。文章还就通过精细化管理实现高校图书馆人性化服务的可能性和现实性以及存在的问题进行了分析研究。

| Abstract: | This article makes a probe into the problems of the fine management in college library from the following three aspects: the value,the approach and the target.The value of the fine management is embodied in both the process management and the target management.The essence and goal of fine management in college library is to carry out the humanized service,which includes the fine management in regulations,the fine management in information resources,and the fine management in library services.The feasibility,practicality and the existing problems to carry out the refine management in college library are also analyzed in the article. |
