| Abstract: | The article is aiming at the expounding the theoretical basis and the necessity of the exploitation of archive information resources, the utilization of the computer techniques, the effect brought out by computer techniques, and how to better the exploitation of archive information resources. The authors also probes into the related theoretical basis of the entity of files and the entity of the library and information files, practicality of the archive information exploitation, and the impacts caused by these two entities. |
