| 摘 要： | 数据库在记录的内容整体和文档结构上具有独创性,并按一定的形式存储和管理,向读者提供社会服务,属于著作权的保护范畴,应当受到著作权的保护.文章从法律、经济、技术等方面对数字图书馆的数据库的保护进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | In the digital libraries,databases have the uniqueness in both full-texts and document structures,which are stored and withdrawn by a certain form to provid for the users.It enjoys the protection of copyrights,which belongs to the scope of the explanatory copyrights by the Supreme People's Court.The article makes a probe into the protection of copyrights of the databases in digital libraries from the following angles of legal,economic and technical means. |
