| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief analysis of the severe challenges the libraries of colleges and universities are now faced with when they are trying to develop and employ the information resources. It also puts forward the idea that the librarians must keep up with the time, shift their views, and give full play to their advantages. Libraries of colleges should primarily give timely services to the teachers and students in order to meet the needs of teaching work and scientific researches, meanwhile, they should also provide our society with necessary information resources to ensure the development of both local and national economies. |
