| Abstract: | Based on the interpretation of the connotation of the core competitiveness of university library, this paper makes an analysis of both the positive and negative roles of the university culture in the upgrading the core competitiveness of the library. In order to upgrade the core competitiveness of university libraries, and to promote the healthy development of the library cause, the culture of management system, the construction mode of reader service and academic researches should be established in university libraries. |
