| Abstract: | The article makes a brief analysis of the changes in the traditional university libraries brought about by networks. Revolving around the entity of the joumal service of libraries in the new period, the author set forth a new train of thought to improve the periodical work from the serials collection, management pattern, and the cultivation of librarians in charge of periodical work under the network environment. |
