| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆作为传播知识的重要媒介,与知识产权保护存在着密切联系。在资源建设中,高校图书馆应建立相应的审查制度;在信息服务中,高校图书馆应加强宣传引导,促进知识传播的规范化与合法化;在技术更新中,高校图书馆应关注知识产权立法动态,防患于未然;在工作管理中,高校图书馆要加强对知识产权保护的教育培训,增强法律意识,明确法律责任,提高业务技能。

| Abstract: | Being an important media of knowledge dissemination,the libraries of colleges and universities are responsible for the protection of knowledge copyrights. In the construction of information resources,libraries should establish an examining system; in the information service work,libraries should play a leading role in promoting the knowledge dissemination normalized and legalized; in the technique innovation,libraries should play great attention to the dynamic state of legislation about the copyrights protection; in the management work,libraries should also strengthen the training work in copyrights protection so as to clarifying the legal responsibility,enhance the legal consciousness and improve professional skills. |
