| Abstract: | Starting from the mechanism of the structure of corporate governance,the article expounds the present situation of the promotion of the structure of corporate governance in public libraries in China and makes a preliminary study of difficulties faced by the public libraries. Some effective channels to the promotion of the structure of corporate governance in public libraries are also presented in the article. |
