摘    要:高校图书馆要在新世纪创造辉煌,实现跨越式发展,更好地实现一切为读者服务的宗旨,就必须打造服务品牌.树立服务品牌理念,弘扬培育图书馆精神,建立全面的质量管理体系,建设高素质人才队伍,创建特色化与个性化服务.

Abstract:In order to make brilliance in the new century, to realize spanning development and the aim of doing everything for the readers, university libraries should make their own outstanding brands of service, i.e. fostering the consciousness of outstanding brands of service, cultivating the spirit of librarians, establishing of quality management system in an all-round way, building the personnel of high quality, and carrying out characteristic and individualized service.
