| Abstract: | This article probes into the basic service work of the library,the construction of digitalization,reading service,the copyrights,permanent and temporary duplicating right,the right of super connection of digitalized literatures brought about by searching navigation on webs,and points out the benefits of the broad masses of readers,the writers and the libraries should be equally considered in the process of the construction of digital libraries. |
