| Abstract: | This paper analyses the challenge of the information society and the information service industry,which the university libraries are faced with in the new century.To meet the challenge,libraries ought to deepen the information service work and set forth concrete measures in the following areas: exploiting the library resources development,upgrading service levels,setting up the information network databases and carrying out staff training. |
