| 摘 要： | 网站是信息时代图书馆开展信息服务的重要平台。文章认为图书馆依托这一平台开展信息服务的前提是明确图书馆网站的目标用户群，并以党校图书馆为例，分析了这一用户群体的信息行为特点，指出开展用户教育、提升信息资源服务能力、提高用户体验是图书馆开发网站用户群的关键。

| Abstract: | Website is an important platform for library to carry out information service. The author believes that the premise for libraries to be aware of the target users in carrying out information service based on the platform. This article makes an analysis of the characteristics of the iniormational behaviors of the library website users, and points out that the key to attract the user groups is to fruitfully carry out the education to the user groups, to raise the service ability of information resources, and to encourage broad users to experience the utilization of library＇s websites. |
