| 摘 要： | 非图书馆学专业的图书馆员在高校图书馆中占有相当大的比例。出于生存环境和自身发展两方面的考虑,作者认为该类馆员的职业发展方向应从学科馆员向学科文献专家转变,并对其发展现状、职业定位、发展方向以及发展途径进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The librarians of non-library-science major have been an important component of the staff in university libraries.Starting from the environment and the characteristics of theirs,the author holds that the direction of their career development may be to successfully transfer from discipline librarians to discipline experts.This article probes into the present situation,the career orientation,the direction of career development and the ways to career development of the librarians of non-library-science major in university libraries. |
