| Abstract: | This article expounds the formation and basic characteristics of vulnerable groups,makes a detailed and complete introduction of the service practice carried out by the Qingdao City Library to the vulnerable groups,and further proposes some effective measures to raise the service level from the four aspects: the cultivation of the librarians’ quality,enhancement of service level,the construction of service facilities,and the collection of literature resources. |
