| Abstract: | The irregular periodicals not only influences the work efficiency of checking and acceptance of journals but also influences the entire work flow of the management of journals and periodicals.This essay sums up the different forms of 12 irregular periodicals and journals,expounds the methods of checking and acceptance of these irregular periodicals and provides the fellow workers with some guidelines to improve the quality of checking and managing work of journals. |
