| 摘 要： | 纸电同步是数字化时代出版行业发行业务发展的大趋势,同时,新冠疫情防控要求促使高校图书馆将纸电同步采购提上议事日程,在一定程度上推动了纸电同步出版的发展进程。文章分析了高校图书馆纸电同步采购的必要性,结合辽宁师范大学图书馆开展纸电同步采购的实践经验和遇到的问题,提出纸电同步采购的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Paper synchronization is the trend of publishing industry development in the digital age. Meanwhile,COVID-19’s prevention and control request has pushed university libraries to put the paper synchronous procurement on schedule, and has promoted the development of paper and electronic synchronous publishing to a certain extent. This paper analyzes the necessity of paper and electronic synchronous procurement in university library, combined with the practical experience and problems of paper and electronic synchronous procurement in Liaoning Normal University Library, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of paper and electronic synchronous procurement. |
