| Abstract: | The article expounds the conception and the foundation of knowledge management, analyses the necessity and possibility of introducing the new concept of knowledge management, and discusses the necessary reform to be made in libraries and the impetus to the sustained development of libraries under the surroundings of the knowledge management. The author of this article also puts forward the measures to the realization of the sustained development of libraries. |
