| 摘 要： | 文章以Guidelan为数据源,根据复旦大学、上海交通大学、南京大学、浙江大学和东南大学五所"985"高校的法学专业建设情况,对各校收藏Scopus和EBSCO的法学外文期刊馆藏建设现状进行调查研究,发现存在纸质外文期刊偏少、纸质外文期刊与电子外文期刊重复收藏较为严重等问题,提出采取以电子期刊为主,适量收藏纸质期刊等措施提升法学外文期刊馆藏建设水平。
