服务质量与高校图书馆的发展

摘    要:通过认知服务质量和服务质量评价的方法,分析服务质量对高校图书馆发展的重要作用,全面探讨服务质量管理,提出提高实际感知质量过程管理,控制期望质量过程管理的措施,来增加读者总体感知服务水平,提高图书馆的服务质量,促进高校图书馆的发展。

Abstract:Through the recognition of service quality and the concrete method of quality assessment,the article makes an analysis of the service quality which plays an important role in the development of university library,and comprehensively probes into the management of service quality,advances the enhancement of process management,adopts fruitful measure to enhance the anticipating quality,so as to raise the readers’ general mental perception of service level,to improve the service quality of the whole library and to promote the development of the university library.
