| Abstract: | The copyright of information dissemination on network is a main measure of maintaining the owner＇ s copyright benefits under the network environment. It is an important method to set a limit on the online dissemination of information. The establishment of information online dissemination copyright makes it tougher and tougher for the library to reasonably utilize its space, which is not beneficial to the realization of public welfare for digital libraries because of the increasingly relative strict tendency. How to trade off the benefits, and how to reconstruct the balance between the information network dissemination copyright and the library information resource sharing benefit are the main subjects of this article. |
