| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在数字信息服务过程中,对著作权人的作品进行复制、发行、传播时,可能会因不当使用引发知识产权纠纷。文章分析了图书馆在利用数字资源、文献传递和网络导航服务以及用户信息行为等方面可能涉及的知识产权侵权问题,阐述了规避知识产权风险的应对策略,为图书馆预防侵权问题的发生提供借鉴。
