摘    要:泛在学习具有可记录性、可获取性、可交互性及可发现性等特征,对培养人终身学习能力、习惯有积极影响和关联。先进的科学技术,丰富的文献资源,使高校图书馆知识信息服务能力不断提升。传播泛在学习理念、加强文献资源建设、提升现代技术水平、推送个性化人文服务是高校图书馆泛在学习环境下的应有担当。

Abstract:Ubiquitous learning possess is characterized by the accessibility, interoperability and discoverability, and being easily recorded which has a positive impact on the cultivation of students' lifelong learning abilities and habitS. The advancement of science and technology, the abundance of document resources have been significantly elevating the capacity of knowledge information services of university libraries. It is the undeniable obligation of university libraries to propagate the concept of the ubiquitous learning, to strengthen the construction of information resources, to upgrade the IT applications and to provide humanistic individualized services under the ubiquitous learning environment.
