| 摘 要： | 在近代中国，有识之士把提高国民素质作为挽救民族危亡的重要途径，而作为打破“学在官府”的传统教育体制的重要突破之一，清未图书馆从开始发起到建设，也被赋予强烈的国民教育功能。从京师图书馆和各省图书馆的建设宗旨，以及馆藏书籍，无一不彰显这一时代主题。

| Abstract: | In modern China, people with breadth of vision regarded the enhancement of quality of citizens as an important channel to save a national in perish, so they broke the traditional educational system of ＂Learning is up to the feudal officials＂ . An intense function of the national education had already been imposed upon the libraries since their emergence in the late years of the Qing Dynasty. The aims of library building in imperial capital and all provinces and the characteristics of book-storage of the libraries showed the trend of the times. |
