| Abstract: | Yung Wing is the first Chinese librarian working in the modem American library, engages in the library work in the United States, and actively disseminates the Chinese culture through the library of Yale University. He has a close relation with all torchbearers of the modem Chinese libraries and the students who studied abroad have set their feet in the library cause. The vogue of studying abroad agitated by him still affects the library sciences of China. |
