| Abstract: | It is a natural trend that university libraries adopt the outsourcing business of book-acquisition and cataloguing. This article makes a comprehensive introduction to the implementation methods, rules and detailed operations, etc., of the outsourcing business of book-acquisition and cataloguing in academic libraries, and points out that academic libraries should build a strong bastion against the commercial bribery at the fountainhead in the outsourcing business of book-acquisition and cataloguing. |
