| Abstract: | China is currently constructing an innovative country of science and technology. In order to reach this goal, the government has to develop and utilize the public welfare of information resources. In this study, we discuss the feature and significance of public welfare information resources and analyze its problems. At last, we propose a suggestion for promoting utilization of public interest information resources. |
