| 摘 要： | NSTL作为全国最大的科技文献网络服务系统，是国家集中财力办大事、实现科技文献共建共享的成功范例，对国家和地方科技创新影响深远。NSTL郑州镜像站的建设与服务实践，表明NSTL对区域科技创新具有巨大的引领作用、资源补充作用和信息支撑作用。文章建议在NSTL服务战略和策略上采取有效措施，实现服务数量和质量的新跃升。

| Abstract: | National Science and Technology Library, or NSTL, as the nation＇s biggest network service system of scientific and technological literature, has become a successful model in realizing joint construction and utilization of scientific and technological literature by holding the principle of concentrating financial resources to handle major matters. It exerts a far-reaching influence on the national and local innovation of science and technology. The construction and service practice of Zhengzhou Mirror Image Station of NSTL have indicated that NSTL has a great guiding role in regional scientific and technological innovation, a supplementary role in literature resources and a supporting role in information. Therefore, it is proposed that effective measures be taken in NSTL service strategy and tactics so as to realize a new leap forward in service quantity and quality. |
