| 摘 要： | 随着数字科研环境的出现，新时期科技查新环境正在发生着变化，如数字资源获取网络化、分析手段工具化、业务管理流程网络化、科技查新服务深层次化和科技查新队伍专业化等。针对新形势，科技查新工作需要与科研项目管理、科技成果转化、情报分析和信息咨询相结合，采取新的发展策略，实现科技查新的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the appearance of the e-science, novelty retrieval environment has changed rapidly in the new era, such as the storage resources digitization, analysis methods mechanized, business process network, information service deepness and novelty relrieval team specialization, etc. By analyzing the new situation of novelty re~eval, the paper puts forward that novelty retrieval work should be combined with the scientific research project management, the transformation of sci-tech achievements, the intelligence analysis and the information consulting. Lastly, it gives some suggestions for realizing sustainable development of novelty retrieval. |
