| 摘 要： | 为支持和倡导开放获取（OA）运动而诞生的科学公共图书馆（PLoS），既是OA科学期刊的出版者，又是传播科学信息的数字图书馆，同时还可被视为一种社会一技术互动系统。文章以STIN模型为工具，透视了PLoS科学传播系统的结构。然后从科学信息的合法传播、科学信息的长期有效传播、资金运作模式、科学信息的质量认证等方面对PLoS科学传播系统的运行机制进行剖释。

| Abstract: | The Public Library of Science （PLoS）, built for promoting Open Access movement, is a publisher of OA journal in science as well as a digital library delivering science information. Moreover, it can be regarded as a socio-technical interaction system. Based upon STIN model, this article gives a view in the perspective of the structure of the communication system in science- PLoS, then analyses and explains its operation mechanism from different aspect such as Open Access license, long-term archiving, business model, and quality certification. |
