| 摘 要： | 国家科技图书文献中心建设10年以来，一直致力于国家科技文献信息服务，其网络服务平台从建设之初的面向科研工作者服务，逐步转为面向个人和机构服务兼重，更加强调对各行业机构、地区科技发展的支撑作用。文章主要概述了国家科技图书文献中心面向全国的开放服务、共享科技文献资源的体系建设，结合基于WebServices技术说明了国家科技图书文献中心对外服务方式，最后对共享服务的管理和未来发展作了简要的描述。

| Abstract: | NSTL has been built for 10 yeats, committed to national science and technology information service. Its network services platform is gradually changing service direction into both individual and institutional users, more emphasized on supporting the various industry bodies and regional technology development from the construction beginning of services for researchers. This article outlines the open services for the country and the system construction for sharing academic resources. It shows NSTL extemal services combining with Web Services. Finally, it briefly describes the management of sharing services, and gives the future development. |
