| 摘 要： | 经过十多年的建设，CALIS构建了一套完整的文献获取服务体系，对国内高校图书馆的馆际互借与文献传递服务起到了巨大的推动作用。文章从资源建设、系统建设、服务团队建设等几个方面，详细介绍了CALIS文献获取服务体系，分析了建设过程中存在的一些问题，并对CALIS文献获取服务体系未来发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | After more than ten years of construction, CALLS built a complete set of document supply service environment. It has played an important role in promo6ng the domestic acadaic libraries＇ ILL savice. From the point of resources, appfication systems, and service teams, this paper introduces CALLS Document Supplyservice, and analyses its achievement, points out a ntwnber of issues on the consmtction process and makes prospects about document supply service developments in the future. |
