| 摘 要： | 东莞图书馆事业发展是中国城市化进程中公共图书馆发展的缩影。文章从城市格局中图书馆事业的定位入手，通过东莞这个典型案例，全面介绍了公共图书馆服务体系的结构和发展思路，概述了东莞图书馆在公共数字文化服务方面的主要创新探索，如图书馆集群管理、图书馆24小时自助服务、便捷的e读卡、文化e管家、学习中心等，也给出了建设过程中的思考。

| Abstract: | The development of Dongguan Library is the epitome of public library development in China＇s urbanization process. Through the typical case of Dongguan, the paper starts with the position of libraries in the city pattern, describes the structure of public library service system and the ideas of development, and summarizes the major innovation of the Dongguan Library in the public digital culture services, such as library cluster managemenL 24-hour self-service library, and convenient e-reading card, e-manager of culture and learning center. Besides, this paper also gives some thoughts about the conslruetion process. |
