| 摘 要： | 数字技术的发展导致数字图书馆版权利益冲突，传统图书馆的版权利益平衡旧机制被打破了，图书馆版权利益平衡机制正面临着从模拟空间到数字空间的重构。积极完善法规，进行制度创新，实现版权适度保护是构建数字图书馆的版权利益平衡新机制的重要思路。

| Abstract: | The development of digital technology causes conflict of copyright interest of digital library and breaks the old balancing mechanism of copyright interest of traditional library. The balancing mechanism is confronted with reconstruction from simulating space to digital space. Perfecting statute, innovating system and actualizing copyright moderate protection are important methods of constructing new balancing mechanism of copyright interest of digital library. |
