| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆服务是数字图书馆价值的最终体现，也是检验数字图书馆建设是否成功的最终杠杆。文章首先回顾了数字图书馆环境下服务的演变和特征，分析了数字图书馆服务评价的原则、主要内容与评价方法，在此基础上提出了数字图书馆服务评价指标体系，并结合虚拟参考咨询这一具体服务进行了应用分析。
